Privates Paradies Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Ort der Entspannung, nach Ruhe und Genuss und all das haben wir gefunden: bei Sergio und Cecilias Agriturismo. Das einfache toskanische Landhaus mit nur drei Gästezimmern liegt einsam eingebettet in den Hügeln. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Für heiße Sommertage steht der gepflegte Pool bereit, mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und einem traumhaften Blick über die Olivenhaine. Wir empfehlen unbedingt auch mindestens ein Abendessen bei Settesoldi einzunehmen. Cecilia kocht traditionell toskanisch - so lecker - drei Gänge (und natürlich immer mit der obligatorischen "leichten" Pasta als Vorspeise) mit regionalen Spezialitäten und Zutaten aus dem eigenen Garten. Es geht kaum schöner, als gemeinsam am großen Esstisch auf der Veranda bei Sonnenuntergang, Vino und Kerzenschein das Abendessen einzunehmen, begleitet von Jazz, Klassik und Co. Ein Hochgenuss für alle Sinne! Und da es so familiär und herzlich zugeht, kommt man auch mit den Gastgebern und anderen internationalen Gästen leicht ins Gespräch. Sergio hat zudem die besten Tipps für Ausflüge im Gepäck - ganz gleich ob den schönsten Schleichweg zur Küste, die Kulturgüter der Region oder das komplett touristenfreie Dörfchen mit den schönsten Gärten. Auch wenn wir es gut und gerne die 10 Tage nur im zugehörigen Garten ausgehalten hätten :-). Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Une parenthèse enchantée ! Nous avons passés 5 jours dans l'Agriturismo Settesoldi et nous en gardons un souvenir intense et ému tant nous nous sommes sentis heureux pendant notre séjour ! Nous avons apprécié tous les aspects de ce séjour, la beauté et le calme du site, les discussions avec Sergio et Cecilia autour d’un délicieux repas, d’un café ou d’un verre de vin (Cuisine maison préparée avec des produits frais et locaux, un véritable régal...). La bienveillance et les mille conseils de Sergio pour découvrir les villages médiévaux alentours, les œuvres d’art à ne pas manquer, son humour ! Un vraie cure de bonheurs. Ce sera un plaisir pour nous de revenir !

Una vacanza indimenticabile tra relax e natura Si desiderava, nonostante il periodo particolare dovuto al covid, trascorre alcuni giorni di vacanza. Non potevamo trovare di meglio: serenità, cordialità, disponibilità e simpatia nei gestori Sergio e Cecilia, che ci hanno cucinato fantastici piatti tradizionali con i loro prodotti e con sottofondo musicale molto raffinato e ci hanno coccolato come amici più che ospiti. La location è isolata tra uliveti e boschi, dove l'unico suono è quello delle cicale, ma anche vicino a dei borghi toscani meravigliosi raggiungibili in pochi chilometri. Di certo noi ci torneremo e lo consigliamo a chi come noi cerca tutto questo... Grazie a Cecilia e Sergio. Rosanna e Paolo

Virkelig dejligt ophold My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Settesoldi. We stayed inn for dinner every night, since the food that Cecilia and Sergio made was the best Italien food we've ever tastet. We enjoyed the nice atmosphere at Settesoldi, and the Tuscan-nights in the company of Sergio and Cecilia. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We can most certainly recommend this place.

My wife and I, plus our son and his wife, stayed at Sergio’s farm in October 2018. Sergio and his wife, Cecilia, were such wonderful host and hostess, that until today, we remain in constant contact because they are such genuine and warm people. We were treated like old friends visiting and enjoying their fantastic hospitality. A small word of warning. Cecilia will feed you with the most authentic home-cooked Italian cuisine, that you will gain weight within a few days. And the free-flowing Chianti made by Sergio is equivalent to any Classico Riserva. If you want to stay fit, SETTESOLDI has an inviting outdoor swimming pool with a scenic view of the vineyard and his beloved olive trees. We got a real hands-on education from Sergio, in how Extra Virgin Olive Oil got to our dining table. He brought us to see how the olives were processed, explained to us the different methods of pressing, and how the olive oil were graded and sold. We enjoyed the rustic atmosphere, the fresh air, and the quietness. We had great conversations over dinner, and they have a wonderful selection of music CDs playing in the background. Abundance of delicious and authentic Italian cuisine, free-flowing Chianti, smooth music, and interesting conversation shared with Sergio and Cecilia. We slept soundly every night. We eagerly look forward to our next farms stay at SETTESOLDI Agriturismo.

In the heart of rural Tuscany The care and love that Sergio and Cecilia put into all that they do was apparent in every aspect of our happy stay with them. Cecilia’s cooking is delicious, wholesome Tuscan fare, and enjoying dinner with Sergio and Cecilia in front of their wood fire was one of our many pleasures there. From here you can travel anywhere with ease - Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena, Elba and more are all within easy reach. The bedding was simple and divinely comfortable - a latex mattress and beautifully ironed, clean and fresh rustic white linens. We slept so well. Staying here in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside left us feeling so refreshed and happy. We’re already talking about our next visit!

Agriturismo semplicemente unico Lo scorso mese di Dicembre ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere con mia moglie qualche giorno in Toscana ed abbiamo scelto l'Agriturismo Settesoldi come alloggio.Che dire : semplicemente unico! ... La simpatia di Sergio e di Cecilia è davvero molto contagiosa ... sono dei "portatori sani" di positività e cordialità.... La qualità dei piatti e il piacere di condividere alcune cene anche con altri ospiti hanno fatto il resto .... L'agriturismo poi si trova in una zona davvero splendida .... e' il luogo ideale per ricaricare le batterie ... Consigliatissssssimo! .... Grazie Sergio! Grazie Ceci!

Return visit with entire family Having had a memorable Italian adventure at Settesoldi with my older daughter in 2016, I decided to return with our whole family this year. In honor of my 70th birthday, I wanted to share the history and culture of Italy with my daughters, sons-in-law and grandsons. I chose to stay again with Sergio and Cecilia at Settesoldi. They are consummate hosts and they share so much with their guests. Each morning we enjoyed a typical Italian breakfast which ended with Sergio drawing us a map to help us find our way to our destination of the day. In the evening, Cecilia prepared wonderful meals with local products: artichokes, fennel, leeks, olive oil from their own orchard and even ragu prepared with wild boar, to name a few. To accommodate our entire family, we took all three of the rooms at Settesoldi over the course of two weeks. We enjoyed the quiet and remote location. Like Sergio, we never missed having a television in our room. We much preferred his playing Italian opera in the background for our meals. To please our Brazilian au pair, he added some music that made her think of her homeland. While WiFi is available, it is not actually accessible from the upper rooms. One has to go to main house near the router. We can't say enough about our experience. It was beyond Five Stars!

The perfect Tuscan experience! The drive to Sergio and Cecilia's beautiful home is breathtaking with the winding roads and wonderful views whicever direction you're looking in. Once there you're greeted with warmth and amazing hospitality, Sergio is a great host with a fun character who will keep you smiling throughout your stay. The food Cecilia cooks is superb and even the way the table is set has it's own character, dinner is a fun evening of socialising and excellent food which is perfect in this smaller sized Agritourismo where we get get to know eachother better. The room is well decorated and the bed very comfortable there was nothing more we wanted or needed. In the morning when we leave Sergio was happy to make recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to stop at always going above and beyond!

Le paradis en Toscane Le paradis sur terre... nous avons passés une semaine dans l'agriturismo Settesoldi et nous avons été gâtés par Sergio et Cécilia qui sont un couple en or. Le cadre est un écrin de verdure au cœur de la montagne toscane,tout n'est que calme, luxe et volupté. La cuisine est délicieuse et avec des produits frais de la région. Un délice tous les soirs ou nous nous sommes senties comme a la maison, tellement leur gentillesse et bienveillance étaient présentes tout au long de notre séjour. Vous quittez cet endroit avec tellement de regrets que vous avez juste envie d'une chose c'est d'avoir la chance d'y retourner... Les Settesoldi sont des personnes raffinées et simples avec le goût des bonnes choses. Le bonheur assuré pour des vacances inoubliables. Le cadre est juste idyllique, on conseille à tout le monde de séjourner dans cet endroit magique ! Gracie mille Sergio et Cecilia.
